Cancellation Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. By booking, you authorize Nail Oasis LLC to charge your card on file in accordance with this policy.

Nail Oasis LLC Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment at the technician's discretion, and the full service fee may still apply.
• Repeated Cancellations: Clients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments.
